DrinkUp
Android app
A water tracker that fits your day.
Most hydration trackers give everybody the same flat two litres. DrinkUp works out how much you need from your weight, how much you move, how long you are awake and when you eat, reminds you only between waking up and going to bed, and logs a glass in one tap. No account, no ads, everything on the phone. The Full Swipe, Wheel Kit and Liquid Fill packages were pulled out of it.

DrinkUp in 40 secondsOne tap logs a glass, twelve drinks counted honestly, stats and streaks, and light and dark themes.
What it does
A goal that is actually yours
Weight, age, activity, waking hours and meals make one number, and the Goal screen shows the arithmetic line by line. On a busy day, steps raise it.
Reminders inside your day
Every one, two or three hours, only while you are up and spaced around your meals. Tap “Drank it” in the notification, or snooze it.
One tap to log
Cup, glass, takeaway cup or bottle, or your own size. The ring fills the moment you tap — and the water in it tilts with the phone.
Twelve drinks, counted honestly
Tea at 90%, coffee at 80%, wine at 20%: each drink counts for what it is really worth for hydration, so the total is not a fiction.
Stats and streaks
Week, month and year charts, the days you hit your goal, current and best streak — and the afternoon you always forget.
Home-screen widgets
Today's progress and your streak on the launcher, and a cup logged in one tap without opening the app.
Health Connect, if you allow it
Water you log shows up in other health apps, water from a smart bottle counts towards your goal, and steps can raise it.
Private by design
No account, no server, no ads, no analytics. Works fully offline; back up to a file you keep, or delete everything with one button.
Light and dark, three languages
Themes that follow your phone, millilitres or fluid ounces, and English, Russian and Ukrainian.
